As a Basic Operator, you play a key role in keeping our production process running smoothly. You work in a clean, structured environment and follow strict hygiene and safety standards.
This is a hands-on, varied role where accuracy and teamwork make the difference every day.
Euro Support presents: the operator
You work in a five-shift system. That means working two morning shifts, two afternoon shifts and two night shifts, followed by four days off. Every day, your team leader will divide the tasks. These include:
- Operating, setting up, starting up and shutting down equipment
- Weighing and measuring raw materials
- Packing and repacking products
- Safeguarding safety, environmental and quality standards
- Reporting or resolving malfunctions
- Entering kilograms, lot numbers and recipes
- Taking samples

What we offer
- A gross monthly salary between €3,200 and €3,500, depending on your education and experience
- A full-time workweek averaging 31.5 hours

What you bring
- Preferably an MBO level 2 working and thinking level
- Experience in a similar role or technical affinity
- Good command of Dutch or English Attention to cleanliness, accuracy, and safety
- A proactive work attitude
- The ability to maintain overview and switch between tasks

Your team
You will work in one of our five shifts, together with approximately twelve colleagues.
The team consists of a team leader, operators, and assistant operators. We work together to ensure the job is done well and in a positive atmosphere.
