In this varied role as an Operator A, you will:
- Accurately weigh raw materials
- Prepare pastes and monitor the process
- Operate ovens and firing installations
- Carry out washing, milling, and sieving processes
It’s important that you work neatly, cleanly, and in a structured way, following all procedures. As an Operator A, you will mainly be involved in the more complex process steps, working with SCADA systems.

What do you bring?
- An Operator A diploma
- Good command of Dutch or English
- A precise and structured way of working
- Strong awareness of safety and hygiene
- Ability to switch easily between tasks

Your team
You’ll work in a team of around 12 colleagues, including operators, assistant operators, and a team leader.
